Meet Jennifer

Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend… photographer!  As a northwest native, I relocated to Missoula, Montana almost a decade ago, chasing the love of my life fly-fisherman, now-husband.  We have a beautiful little two-year old daughter named Finley who fills our days with more fun and amazement than I ever thought possible.  A working-mom/business-woman by day, I have found my creative outlet in creating timeless images of families amongst their unique and defining environment. The connections captured, the memories saved- this defines my love for the art of the photograph.  I specialize in lifestyle images created with natural light in outdoor settings.  My artistic style feels natural, organic, and real.  I am inspired by the beautiful Montana canvas that we are fortunate enough to call home, and I aim to capture moments in this environment that “just happen”…  imagine images of your children playing tag in a field of bunchgrass, or captures of your family spending quality time together in your home.  I love hazy evening sunflare as well as “opened up” shots with my wide-angle lens, which capture an entire scene.   Your images will typically include a mix of lifestyle art and some posed portraits.  You can suggest an outdoor location of your choosing in and around Missoula, or I can suggest my favorite places with ideal lighting and scenery.
