Before Finley was born, I promised my parents that I would come to visit them in Arizona, where they spend the winter. Not that it was a tough request to meet. So, for a much-too-quick trip, Finley and I flew down to sunny and warm (appropriately named) Sun City. It’s been an unseasonably cold winter down there this year, but we lucked out with fantastic weather: 85-degree days! I was kind of bummed that Finley wasn’t allowed in the Corte Bella pool (because she’s not potty trained), but we had an awesome afternoon relaxing in the sun poolside anyways. And it was so great for her grandparents to see her. My dad hadn’t seen her since the week she was born (!) and it had been about a month for my mom. They LOVED being with her! And we even got my dad to put on the Baby Bjorn!
